Career Advice: Find your ikigia

I believe it's pronounced "ee-kee-guy" (apologies if I have that wrong), it's an old Japanese phrase that refers to a passion that gives value and joy to life.  It has 4 key elements - what you love, what you're good at, what you get paid for and what the world wants.  It's a venn diagram - and those that know me well know I love a venn diagram - and you need to find something at the intersection of all 4 elements.  This leads to success, happiness and gets you to the position where you'll turn and say that you never felt like you worked a day in your life.

I hope you found that soundbite useful, for more hints tips please explore LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok or search our Blog for more.
