14-Brand Hospitality Client

Over the course of 4 years, taking a lead role in the relocation of all technology services from one outsourced supplier to another - including data centre moves and installing connectivity in +1800 sites; and designing and implementing new technology into all the sites including training of +38,000 staff.

Household Retailer

Large Retail client had previously suffered challenges to deal with extreme traffic on Black Friday.  The assignment was to surface performance improvements to digital service delivery and implement them in a 9-month time period.  From inception to delivery managing an £11m programme of 139 simultaneous initiatives ranging up to +£800k in size across all key suppliers and a team of circa 150 people.

Banking Merger

Created the PMO processes and built the management system to track and manage activities to merge technology platforms for two large UK Retail Banks.  Successfully integrated plans across 9 major platforms with circa +25,000 milestones under management.

Housing Association

Leading a team of 4 to review all technology services and provide an IT Strategy, Operating Model and 5-year Roadmap, including an architectural design and  Business Case for investment for Customer Facing and Housing Management Systems.
